Hello, and welcome to Caldwell High School! My name is Haydyn Wallender, an English I Composition and Literature teacher for 9th grade.

 

I have only been in the Cougar Family for a few short months, but I look forward to getting to know the school, the staff, the students and their families as time goes on. 

 

I am originally from Eastern Oregon, and only recently moved to Idaho to begin my career in education. I love the outdoors, and am frequently on a backpacking trip or paddle boarding adventure when I get the chance! 

 

I know and understand that life gets crazy and things disappear. (Guilty.) So, for your convenience, the syllabus for both Composition and Literature are on the right-hand side of the screen. You may access these at any time!
