1) New to Caldwell School District (Families who have never enrolled a student in CSD)
2) New Student Enrollment
3) Temporary Account for New Student Enrollment
4) Log in and password will be emailed to you
5) You must provide copies of the following:
* Birth Certificate
* Immunization Record
* Proof of Residency in Caldwell's Attendance Area
* Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
* Transcript
* Current Schedule
These documents can be scanned and attached as files to the online registration.
