Student Registration Info

REGISTRATION - NEW TO CALDWELL SCHOOL DISTRICT

(DOES NOT include students who went to Syringa Middle School)

1) NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: 2025-2026

2) If your student has never attended a school In the Caldwell School District, you will need to create a Parent Portal account through PowerSchool and complete the online registration process. If you need additional support with this process, please come into the office and one of our front secretaries can help you complete this process.

3) Complete the Online Enrollment Form by clicking Here

4) Upload digital copies of the required documents listed below.

5) You must digital copies of the following:

* Birth Certificate or other government issued documentation showing the student's identity and birth date.

* Immunization Record

* Proof of Residency in Caldwell's Attendance Area

* Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)

* Transcript
* Current Schedule - if enrolling during the middle of the year.
