Current CHS Students, if you would like to view your Transcript, it is now available. Log on to your Skyward account; go to Profile, Transcript. You will be able to print an unofficialtranscript for your use only. This will include all credits earned, State ID number, Weighted and Non Weighted GPA, Class Rank, Test Scores and immunizations.
To request an Official Transcript please click on the link below and complete the form in its entirety. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent/guardian complete the form. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing.
